How do I get the orange self tanner off my skin?

Question by Daisy Ann: How do I get the orange self tanner off my ?
I went to the tanning salon yesterday and did the spray tan. They said it takes up to 24 hours for the end result. This morning I woke up and my toes, bottom of my feet, palms and finger were extremely orange and streaky. The worst part of it is, I have a date tonight and unless I am going to completely cover my body up, I NEED HELP!!!

rub on lemon juice and exfoliate with a salt scrub or something – it isn’t instant but it does work. if it doesn’t work in time just joke about it with your data – im sure fake tan problems have happened to everyone!

This happened to me first relax just take baking soda about a 1/2 cup and make a paste with lemon juice(pure natural lemon not bottled) apply to exfoliated skin (I exfoliate with sugar ..it works great!!) and leave on for a few minutes once rubbed into skin. This takes time but will work if you do it twice or so…best of luck to you !!! This will just fade the tan abit but it will help!!!

Oooh. Fake tans work by tinting your surface skin. Your surface skin gradually flakes off (while the fake tan fades away) with new skin pushing to the surface. So the best way to speed up the process is exfoliate. However, it would be very very hard work to get even most of the color off since you just got the tan yesterday.

I recommend to postpone the date to be honest.

When i go orange i just shower and exfoliate with soap then it cools down and it’s not streaky and it’s a nicer colour. I don’t think there is a way to get it right off your skin on the first attempt, but just exfoliate a few times before you start getting ready
