I think once a day is too much. I’d go broke too cause it’s like 8 dollars for a 4 oz bottle.

Preferably after you dry off after you shower.

Once a day like a normal moisturizer. If you see an orange appearance, stop using it for 5 days and use a normal moisturizer in its place. It helps to tan in a bed or in the sun a few times when first starting to use a bronzing product to avoid an orange appearance.
Well, there are parts of your body hat tan easier and some require a bit extra. Not much on elbows, knees or ankles. Legs use a little every day. Tummy too,if you’ll be in a bathing suit. I think they have special face stuff. Check the bottle for info if you should use on your face. BTW before applying either shave or use a light loofah or exfoliate. Otherwise you’ll be “tanning” dead skin.
